CAPPAD, the Centre for Public Policy Analysis and Decisions, exists to strengthen the intellectual scrutiny of government's policies and help ensure accountability, transparency, and efficiency in government decision making processes.
For too long, politics has dominated Ghana's development discourse in a way that has left a serious lag in the efficiency of government's decision-making and policy execution. CAPPAD's work responds to that gap by bringing policy matters to the centre of public conversation.
We aim to ensure that policy decisions made by government are thoughtful, strategic, efficient, and capable of delivering durable transformation to Ghanaian society.
